Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc., Bellevue
What is now the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home was built as a private residence in the late 1800s by a member of Bellevue's prominent Bayne family. Upon the death of the last family member, the property was deeded to the borough. The house was eventually purchased from the borough by Cray Brothers, owners of the local livery stable, to house Cray Brothers Funeral Home. Decades later, it was purchased by Timothy O'Shea who established O'Shea Funeral Home. It became the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home in the 1950s.
