About
Billy's Troy Hill Bistro, Pittsburgh
Billy's Troy Hill Bistro is located only a few minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh and ten minutes south of the Waterworks Mall (take the Chestnut Street Exit near the H. J. Heinz Plant). The restaurant was established in November 1984 by William M. Armstrong. Over the years Billy's Troy Hill Bistro has become known for its great food, affordable prices and friendly atmosphere. In December 1998, William Armstrong retired and sold the restaurant to his nephew James A. Bougher. Jim, who has worked at the restaurant for several years, invites you to stop by for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or a relaxing, fun evening. We look forward to welcoming you at our neighborhood restaurant and tavern.
